Ethel was born and reared in the Branson, MO area, graduated from Missouri State University in Springfield, and has a Masters Degree from Emporia State College, Emporia, Kansas.

Ethel attributes her success to the great team who works for her, loyal customers, a supportive husband, and the fact that she loves her job.
